Carpet Starts at $1.19 per square foot for carpet only, or $3.09 per square foot with standard installation with Classic 8 cushion.

Luxury Vinyl Tile & Plank
Our material price for Luxury vinyl tile and plank ranges from $2.49/SF to $15.99/SF. Sale prices range from $1.99 to $12.39. Our average per square foot price for a completely installed luxury vinyl job is about $12/sf.
That means 12 x 15 bedroom and closet would run, on average, about $2400. The range for that room should be between $1200 to $4000.
The 1500 SF main level will cost around $18,000 on average, and range from a low of $9000 to a high of $30,000.
Laminate
Retail price ranges from $2.69/SF to $11.29/SF. Sale prices range from $2.09 to $8.69.
Laminate and Luxury vinyl flooring are very similarly priced so you can use the figures above for the price range and average cost.
Generally speaking, carpet is the least expensive flooring to have installed at approximately half the average price of Luxury Vinyl and Laminage flooring.
Pre-Finished Hardwood

Hardwood is our most expensive offering at an average of $24/SF completely installed.
Installing pre-finished hardwood in the 12 x 15 bedroom averages about $4800 and the Main level will average about $36K.
The price range for the 12 x 15 bedroom is estimated at $2800 on the low end and $8000 on the high end.

Additional A-la-Carte Services
